Main objective
Subsidiary objectives

The main object for which the Company is established is:

the construction and management of homes for the elderly and the disabled, the Day Centre and the Community Field
to provide services and support that protects and promotes the welfare of the elderly people in the community of St Finan’s Bay
to promote the welfare of all the people in the community of St Finan’s Bay through the process of community development, and
to involve all of the people in the promotion of the educational, cultural and economic welfare of the community regardless of gender, civil status, family status, sexual orientation, religion, age, disability, race or membership of the traveller community.

Relief of poverty or economic hardship
Other purpose that is of benefit to the community
Advancement of community welfare including the relief of those in need by reason of youth, age, ill-health, or disability
Advancement of community development, including rural or urban regeneration
Promotion of civic responsibility or voluntary work
Integration of those who are disadvantaged, and the promotion of their full participation in society.

Meet The Team

The center is a volunteer run organization. There is a monthly committee meeting of the trustees/directors along with the center administrator. Trustee/directors are elected at the AGM by members of the center and serve a one year term. The constitution sets limits on the numbers of years an individual can serve as a trustee/director and also on how long they can hold a specific office. Copies of the constitution and annual reports are available from the charities regulator website.
